At Podxwear, all our products are made to order and custom-printed just for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect. Please carefully review your order details before placing a purchase.

Return Policy

Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for any reason other than defects or order errors caused by us. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

You can request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or the wrong product.
  • Your order has not arrived within 60 business days from the processing date.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing or fit issues. To ensure the best fit, please refer to the size chart on each product page before placing an order.
  • Refunds do not cover shipping costs unless the issue is due to an error on our end.
  • Problems related to shipment delays due to customer-provided incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or misuse of the product are not covered by Podxwear’s return & refund policy.

Refund Request Process

  1. A clear photo showing the incorrect item, defective print, or damaged area.
  2. Your order number and the email address used to place the order.
  3. Any additional relevant details about the issue.

Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours. If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days or issue a free replacement.

PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER – WRONG ADDRESS

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, it may be destroyed by the courier or require additional shipping fees. Since all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds for returned packages. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
